Growing up on the same street made trips to the dentist a treat, not torture. I'll miss Mary's presence - she was a special lady.

I am glad I went with my heart and stopped by to give Mary my three gifts: a kiss, a hug and a big thanks for being so kind to my family, especially my children.

My thoughts and prayers are with you and your family. I have considered you a friend for years, and though I never met your wife,I felt as if I knew her from all our conversations about our families. I was also a lucky recipient of some of her delicious cookies at Halloween one year. Know that she is in a better place and out of pain, and will be watching over your family from above.
