Mary Saunders Obituary

Mary Elizabeth (Bette) Saunders of Colorado Springs passed away Wednesday, October 1, 2008. Bette was born in Harrisburg, Pennsylvania to Clyde and Teresa Bogart on October 21, 1927. Bette is survived by her children Thomas Jr., Kathi, Mari and Tammi; grandchildren Sarah, Niccole, Michelle, Amber, Aryn, Brandon, Lacy and Heather; great-grandchildren Kylee, Deven, and Kaylee; and sister Jackie. Bette was preceded in death by her son Ronald and husband Thomas. Although Bette did work outside of the home prior to her retirement, the accomplishment in which she took the most pride was the raising of her family. Indeed, Bette remained an important part in all of her children's lives, right up to the time of her passing.
