Maxine Golightly Grossman passed away in the home she loved Friday morning August 20 just before 4:30 am. She was overtaken by ovarian cancer after a 2 ½ year battle. She is survived by her husband of 45 years, Thomas A Grossman, her sons and wives, Gary and Korri Grossman and Andrew Grossman and Mara Maxwell, and two grandchildren. Maxine gardened, beaded, and created art glass pieces that she shared with others. She ran Humming Line Gallery in the northeast part of town for three years. Her kind, colorful, creative spirit and wisdom will be missed. Contact Tom at [email protected] for more information.
