Meinhardt Boschee Obituary

Meinhardt Boschee, passed away April 19, 2009 at the age of 86 in Colorado Springs, Colorado. He was born August 19, 1922 in McClusky, North Dakota to Mattias and Katherina Boschee. He married Peggy (Sadako) Kitamoto on February 18, 1951 in Yokohama, Japan. Meinhardt is survived by his sister, Lillian Bleile and brother, Paul Boschee; his loving children Doald Boschee, Richard Boschee and his wife Shirley, Irene Marsac and her husband, Michael and Janet Boschee; 7 grandchildren: Nicole Marsac, Ray Boschee, Stacy Boschee, Ryan Boschee, Daphne Pe'a, Christina Boschee, and David Boschee and 4 great-grandchildren: Alena Marsac-Avila, Darryck Boschee, Jourdynn Boschee and Tayller Boschee. He proudly served in the US Army from 1942 through 1973 and received the Good Conduct Medal and Meritorious Service Medal. He was honorably discharged September 30, 1973. After retiring from the Army, he worked as a Calibration Technician at the Pueblo Transportation Test Center from October 1, 1982 to September 30, 1992.
