Melissa Marr Obituary

Melissa Jo Charlene Marr passed away peacefully into the hands of her Lord and Savior Jesus Christ on February 16, 2007. Melissa was born Charlene Frances Lammons, on December 6, 1938, in Kansas City Missouri, to Josephine Castillo and Charles Lammons. She is preceded in death by her dear mother Josephine, and her father, and her step-father "Daddy' Reed Branstetter whom she adored. She will be dearly missed by her husband, James Marr; children Dennis Hejduk, David Hejduk, and Suzan McCarroll; grandchildren Amandah, Corey, David, David, Leighton, Sarah, and Shane; one great grandchild Liberty; her sister Barbara Leeds; and a host of other family members and friends. Melissa was a homemaker and 14 year- resident of Colorado who enjoyed doing crafts, making quilts, decorating, and showing hospitality to family and friends. She was a loving, faithful helpmate, and closest friend to her husband James for over 30 years. Memorial Services will be at 10:00 am on Friday, February 23, 2007, at Church For All Nations, 6540 Templeton Gap Road (Powers & Dublin), Colorado Springs, Co, 80923.
