Ruth,

My heart is broken as I know yours is. I cannot imagine a world without Mel. He was the best boss I ever had and my dear friend. You were like two halves of a whole. I know things must seem empty for you now. May your wonderful memories sustain you. I would very much like to talk to you or write you. Please send your phone number and address.

Love you always,

Maggie
