Melyn Pontilo Obituary

Melyn Pontilo died on October 4, 2009, in her home, which she had requested. She was born on December 5, 1967 in the Philippines. She was an adored wife and mother of three. Singing was her passion and she was the life of any party. Melyn Pontilo graduated from Southwestern University in the Philippines and later became a Rehab Services Manager of physical therapy. She was a very courageous woman who wouldn't give up in fighting her illness. Visitation will be on Friday, October 9, 2009, from 3:00 - 7:00 p.m., Swan-Law Funeral Directors, with a Rosary at 6:00 p.m. A Mass of Christian Burial will be at 10:00 a.m., Saturday, October 10, 2009, St. Gabriel The Archangel Catholic Church, 8755 Scarborough Drive, Colorado Springs, CO.
