I have always thought it must be wonderful to be a pilot, flying above the clouds till all you can see is beautiful sunshine. You are now looking down from heaven, the next floor up. Rest in piece Michael. Lean back, take those controls and teach those Angles how to fly.... Joanne Mitchell (long time friend of your wonderful sister Betty)

I first knew Mike in Cold Lake where we formed the first members of 433 Squadron on CF100's. Memories are sweet
So line it it up Mike, turn off the brakes, full power, burners if you have them and lets go flying.

To Loretta, Reg and all the Dooher family. Our hearts and prayers are with you all as you mourn and celebrate the life of a man that we are sad to have never met. In your stories and tales of his life, I can tell he had a profound influence on who you all are. For that I know you are very proud. It is the great memories that will endure in the times to come. God's blessings to you all in this time of both sadness and cherished memories. He must have done a great job as a role model for his children - for this I am grateful. I hope fond memories of his glory years will shine through in the hearts and minds of his family and loved ones! I liked learning about him in your tribute. I am sure he appreciated the care given to him these last several years.

To the beloved Dooher family. My heart is saddened at the loss of your beloved patriarch. He was an honorable man who gave his heart to two countries, many kids, and to his communities is service that is beyond measure. He is now amongst the eagles in Heaven with the Maple Leaf and the Stars and Stripes, adorned with skies, hockey skates, and a legacy of a wonderful family to carry out his work on earth!
