Michael Faber Obituary

Michael began his journey March 8, 1967 being born in Milwaukee, Wisconsin and passed on to his new resurrected life with Jesus on November 3, 2013.

Michael walked with us for 46 years sharing his life and his love with so many. He is survived by his Mother, Betty Faber who fell in love with him the moment she looked into his eyes while he lay in his crib when she picked him up from the adoption agency May 31, 1967. She knew deep inside it was meant to be and Michael became her son.

Betty and Michael moved to Colorado Springs, Colorado where she raised him. Michael was a Wasson High School Graduate class of 1986 who enjoyed being a part of the marching band.

Michael's life touched so many with his story of courage and triumph over the disease of Epilepsy. Even though seizures where a constant threat to his life he did not let it keep him from living it to the fullest. He traveled throughout the United States exploring every new experience possible. He enjoyed going to concerts, cooking, and he absolutely loved the Chicago Bears.

Michael married Barbara Easler on July 25, 1998 when he moved to Des Moines, Iowa. Michael will be missed greatly and the family has been left with many precious memories but a void will remain until we meet again.

He is survived by his son Bradley and two grandchildren Jeremiah and Emma, a half-brother David Morgan and a half-sister Patty Moffit and his birth mother, Diana Morgan, his aunt Elva Whaley, Uncle Don Justice and cousins, Steven W. Hatcher, Darlene W Hatcher-Hanway, Bart Justice, Tracy Porter and Sylvester Toler
