Michael Kruse Obituary
Mike was born on September 7, 1947 to Ralph and Barbara Kruse in St. Mary's, Ohio.
As a young man Mike was an accomplished baseball player, bowler and prankster. After graduating high school Mike joined the United States Army where he proudly served in the Presidential Honor Guard in Washington D.C. He moved to Colorado in 1972 and served 18 years with the Colorado Springs Police Department.
Over the years Mike enjoyed hunting, fishing, stock car racing and his beloved Denver Broncos. Mike also enjoyed riding his Harley Davidson and looked forward to participating in The Run For The Wall every year to show his support for the veterans. He was a loyal member of the Untouchables Motorcycle Club, where he rode with his fellow brothers and earned the road name "Kruiser."
Mike was a cherished father, grandfather, brother (including his brothers in blue), friend and uncle. His daughters, Terra Roth and Pamala Kruse, would like to express their deepest gratitude to everyone involved in the care of their father over the past year. In lieu of flowers please donate to the "Wounded Warrior Project."

Mike...There wasn't much we didn't get into when we were growing up.We sure had fun though.The first thing you will have to do is to get Grandpa Rome to take you out for a ""soda""and then get you your own "Hershey bar".

I remember alot of things but rhe best one was when I got to ride with Mike in the police car for a night . I first got to watch him bowl then we headed to work. It was a slow night till we got a call finally ! Watched a guy get cuffed , thrown in the car and then he tried to kick.the window out . Mike will be missed by all of us! Greg Roberts and family

Hope you had a peaceful journey into the heavens Mike. I know mom and dad were there waiting for you. I hate to know you are no longer here with us, but you suffered so so long. The angels came so many times to check on you, but they felt you weren't ready..neither were the girls, so they just waited.
