More recently he was self-employed as a computer tutor for senior citizens.

Mike was born in San Diego, California to Carl Maynard Lindsay, who preceded him in death and Judith Ann (Crandell) Gephart on October 24, 1961. He graduated from Wasson High School in Colorado Springs in 1979, he was a leader in Junior Achievement.

He enjoyed attending Sky Sox and Rockies games and was a huge fan of the Denver Broncos. He loved trivia and watched Jeopardy regularly having an on-going bet of a nickel on final Jeopardy with his mother. Being a contestant on the Wheel of Fortune in the early 1980's was one of the topics he liked to joke about. Another favored activity was attending plays and musical theater.

I'm so sorry to hear of Mike's passing. We were close friends thru JA and then beyond, and had so many wonderful times together. Including the last time, a rather spontaneous 36 hour trip to Vegas. My condolences to Mike's family. He was the best wombat I've ever known.
