Michael Stearns Obituary

Was born Jan 17, 1949 in Miller South Dakota. He graduated from high school in Sioux Falls South Dakota.

Mike was drafted in the army in 1969 and was sent to Vietnam 1970 - 1971.

When he returned he worked construction and went to Craig in 1975. He then worked at Trapper Mine for 38 years.

Mike is survived by his parents, Bud and Virginia Stearns, son Brad, 2 brothers, Larry Joe (wife Wanda), and Roy Glenn, daughter in-law Joy, many nieces and nephews.

He is preceded in death by his son Brett and brother Robert.

He spent the last months of his life with his parents and family in Colorado Springs.

Thank you to Pikes Peak Hospice for all their time and help.

A viewing will be held October 16th with service October 17th in Craig Colorado.
