MICHAEL WHITEHEAD
July 12, 1991 - July 3, 2018
Michael Whitehead was called into God's arms on Tuesday, July 3, 2018. He lost his battle with cancer, one he fought with all his strength.
Michael was born July 12th, 1991 in Denver, Colorado. He graduated from Coronado High School in 2010 where he lettered in Soccer.
Michael was a proud graduate of Texas A&M where he received a degree in Civil Engineering. Michael was a member of Squadron Eight in the Corps of Cadets. He married the love of his life, Marie, on the 25th of June 2018. Michael is survived by his wife, Marie Whitehead (Robirds), his parents, David and Kate Whitehead, and his bother, Patrick Whitehead.
The funeral mass will be held at Holy Apostles Catholic Church on Tuesday, July 10th at 10:30 AM, with a group Rosary at 10:00 AM. His Burial will immediately follow the Mass at Evergreen Cemetery. A reception will be held at Holy Apostles Catholic Church after burial. For those inclined to share a beer in memory of Michael, a room has been reserved at Phantom Canyon Brewery starting at 3:00 PM.
Michael was passionate about skiing in fresh powder, drinking IPA's, Texas A&M football and Garth Brooks. He loved the Denver Broncos, his bright blue truck and chocolate chip pancakes. Michael would want us to continue celebrating all the things he loved.
In Lieu of flowers, the family asks that you consider donations in his name to the Testicular Cancer Society.
