Dear Faye,



Our deepest heartfelt sympathy goes out to you at this time. We only met Michelle once and it was many years ago at the circus. What a beautiful child! Rip's mother, Joan, talked so much about you and Michelle before Joan got sick. She told us such nice things about you both and some of the challenges you were facing. It was obvious that you both were dear to her heart. Thank you for being an inspiration to me as a young mother of a disabled child myself. Betty Peterson let me know about Michele. I am so sorry. She was such a special girl and we all loved her. You are in my thoughts and prayers.

Faye - we saw the obituary too late to attend the service for dear Michele. It's been so very long since we've seen you, or had any news. We've dropped the ball in terms of staying in touch and this was a sad way to receive news. Our hearts go out to you dear lady, you were a one of a kind mother to Michele and now that she understands more than any of us do, she must treasure you in a deeper, fuller way than we can imagine! What a joyful day it will be when the two of you are reunited in the fullness of perfect health and love, and we believe from the bottom of our hearts that that day will come. We would love to see and talk with you as soon as possible (548-9592).

Faye, I think of you and Michele every day as I drive by the house on Mesa Grande. God truly has a special angel now. How special of a Mother you were to her! I'm so happy our daughters were able to cross paths in this lifetime. Michele taught MollyAnne so much. She was a gift to the world. Thank you for sharing her with so many people. My thoughts are with you.

We saw Michelle's obituary in the online Gazette this morming. I think back over all the conversations we had by phone and wish we had kept in touch.
