Margaret (Foster) Masilionis

April 14, 2021

My most sincere condolences to all of Miriam and Jack's family.
I was privileged to be a classmate of your dear mother at Holy Name Grade School here in Topeka and your grandmother was our scout leader. She tried to teach us to be bridge players even. God bless Zella and your dear grandpa Joe too! I remember 'little Joe' as well. God rest his soul!
Our happy years together at Holy Name and then at Hayden High School are such great memories. My dear mother had the privilege of selling Miriam her wedding gown at Crosby Bros. in Topeka before her happy marriage to Jack. (Silly incidental.)
Your dear mother and our dear classmate and friend throughout school in Topeka, Ruth Smith, were such close friends and I so admired them both. How blessed I am to have had Miriam and Ruth as dear friends in my young life.
May you be comforted at this difficult time but know that I will remember Miriam in my prayers/rosaries all my days.
Bless you all!!!! With love, Margaret (Foster) Masilionis, Topeka.
