Johnny and family. We are so saddened to learn of Kat's passing. We had so many great times at the Place in Back and when she'd come to Divide to visit us. To my crazy friend of so many years....Kat, I will never forget your tenacious attitude and zest for life! We had a special connection from the very first day we met 20 years ago at Place in the Back after I beat Johnny on the pool table and earned your respect! You always called me your little "Pattykins" and it still makes me smile to imagine your voice saying it. I am sorry we didn't spend more time over the past several years. You and Johnny were a huge part of my life and I thank you for all the wonderful memories! Rest in peace with our Heavenly Father above and we will carry your spirit here on Earth.... knowing you are out of pain and watching over us all. She had many names, but Kat and Chili Pepper were most descriptive of her. Her exuberance and joy of living were contagious. You will be missed by all who knew and loved you. I will always think of you and smile. Thank you for the laughter. My sincere condolences to the family.
