Myrtle Frese Obituary
She married Julius Frese, June 14, 1946, in Colorado Springs where they lived together until he passed away in 1997.
Family and friends were important in her life. She enjoyed shopping, sewing and eating out with family.
She was preceded in death by two sisters, one brother and a great-grandson. She leaves behind to cherish her memory, loving son Jay (Susan) Frese of CO. Spgs, granddaughter, Candy (Ron) Cooper, of CO. Spgs, grandsons Brian Frese, Cheyenne, WY, Sonny Arnold, Co. Spgs.,Co., great granddaughter, Brittney Howe, Co. Spgs. CO - sister-in-law Esther Giacomini of CA - several nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be Monday, May 9, 2016 from 5:00-7:00 p.m., at Swan-Law Funeral Directors, 501 N. Cascade Ave., Co. Spgs. A Celebration of Life is scheduled for Tuesday, May 10, 2016 at Memorial Gardens, 3825 Airport, Co. Spgs.
In lieu of flowers contributions can be made to Pikes Peak Care Center, 2719 N. Union, 80909

She was like a second grandmother to me and I have many fond memories of spending the night at her house with Candy and Brian when we were kids. She was a sweet, gentle woman who loved Jesus. She will certainly be missed.

So sorry we won't be able to make it. Martha considered Aunt Myrtle a second mother during her early years of life growing up in Colorado Springs. It won't seem the same going to the Springs and not stopping in to visit with her. Our thoughts and prayers will be with Myrtle all of the family on Tuesday. May she rest in peace now!
