Nancy Deeds Obituary
Nancy grew up in Manitou Springs. After marriage she lived on the west side of the Colorado Springs. The Family moved to Cascade in 1969 making it home for the past 46 years. She will be greatly missed but leaves so many smiles. Her family being together and staying close was her greatest desire. Nancy will be remembered for loving the simple pleasures of Gods Glory and sharing them with her family. Camping at Gunnison, campfires, playing in the streams, listening to all kinds of Music, and a drive to Cripple Creek once in a while were a few of her favorites.
She is survived by Daughters, Deborah Lamb (Mark), Diane Johnson (Tony), Patricia Deeds-Starr (Dan), Son, David (Stella) Deeds, and family member Tim Redfern (Maureen). Grandchildren Nathan Johnson, Brad (Megan) Johnson, Scott Johnson, Erin Lamb, Travis (Brittani) Lamb, Kellen (Rachel) Starr, Taylor Starr (Jeromy Traphagan) , Lisa & Lynn Lundy (Deeds), Riley and Kelly (Redfern). Great-Grandchildren Addison, Parker, Landon & Skyler.
In remembrance of Nancy a private service will be held graveside at Crystal Valley Cemetery in Manitou Springs, a celebration of life will follow. If desired, Contributions may be made to the Cascade Volunteer Fire Department.

My Aunt Nancy, sister to my mother, was always fun, even when we caused trouble. I spent many summers under her rule living in the basement of her home in Cascade as a teenager. We were always so sure she had no idea what we were up to, but we were fools to think that! She was fun and loving, and a fun-loving member of our family and I miss her every day. We'll all see you again one day, and in the meantime, keep Uncle Dick in line, will you?

Patty, David the the Deeds family,I am so sorry for your loss. Your mother always had a smile on her face. I remember the first summer after we moved up to Cascade, we had a bear show up at the house and I called your house upset. Your Mom was so calm and it helped calm me down until your Dad came up. Memories.. May your hearts be filled with wonderful memories of all the great times you had with your Mom.
