Neil Sipp Obituary

Neil was born in Lincoln, NE and departed this world for the next one after a brief illness. His sense of humor remained intact and brought great joy to all who were blessed to know him. Neil attended the University of Nebraska and started his career as a sheet metal worker. He then went on to own several successful small businesses. He was an intelligent man with an entrepreneurial spirit. He most treasured spending time with his family; playing poker with his buddies, traveling, reading, Cripple Creek gambling trips, clock collecting and the German Shepherd dog club. Neil was preceded in death by his loving wife Nancy and daughter Cindy. Neil is survived by daughters Sandy (Rod) Roth, Nina (Hayden) Kawasaki; sons Jeff (Bonnie) Sipp and Brad (Stacey) Sipp. Grandchildren: Chad, Kile, Kevin, Brenna, Mike, Jim, Danny, Henry, Madeline and Esme. Great-grandchildren: Seejay and Elizabeth. His brothers: Merlon, Larry, Jack, Myron and Lyle. Also surviving are Neil's second loving family: The love of his life Judy Edwards, her daughter Annette Miller, grandchildren Brian, Laura (James) and Judith; and three very special great-grandchildren; Aidyn 4, Elliotte 3, and Isabelle 20 months. Neil had a zest for life and recently said he felt like he'd had a "pretty good run." Neil was such a special person and was much loved by all of his many family members. One day we will all be with you again. A Celebration of Life will be held Saturday, March 3, 12:30-3:30p.m. at the Craftwood Inn in Manitou Springs, CO. Donations can be made to Springs Rescue Mission in Neil's memory. Neil's children wish to express their sincere gratitude to Judy Edwards for the love she gave their Dad during their time together.

Neil I have so many happy memories of our 5 years together. You were the love of my life and I miss the daily ritual we had when you would tell me I was the love of your life. You have my love forever. Judy

When I first started showing German Shepherds you were always a fixture at the Pikes Peak and Rocky Mountain shows. So sorry to hear the news, my deepest condolences to your family.

Neil.
You lived a eventful life, although to short. Your kindness, charm and wit will be missed.
I take comfort knowing Nan and Cindy are there to welcome you home.
It was a honor to know you.
And thank you for everything Melvin.

To the rest of his family and friends
sorry.

Dad -
I miss you so much, but at the same time, I feel your presence here with us and sometimes I can almost hear the angels cracking up at one of your jokes. I love you and will carry you in my heart forever.
