My Grandfather: He was one of a kind. As a child I followed him everywhere He was my idol I did everything with him I was his shadow, we killed rabbits together I held the legs (the family know this saying all too well). He was stern, but playful at the same time he would grab all his grandkids put us between his knees and squeeze the hell out of us. later as I grew older we had many moment of laughter especially while fishing, he liked to tease & scare with me with worms. another of one of the more common joys with him as the whole family would do when they came to visit was playing Rummy this is how he bonded with us; there at the table he talked about growing up on the ranch, and gave advise to life & so much more. I have so many memories of this great man. I love you with all my heart GRAMPO.
