NORBERT "TEX" HARTENSTEINER

Husband, Father, Grand Father, Great Grandfather
Will be deeply missed.
Tex was married to his soulmate Gwendolyn Bailey of Olathe, Colorado on November 9, 1957. They were married for 63 years.
Tex proudly served in the United States Air Force for 28 years before his retirement in 1981. He served his country abroad in Japan, Greenland, and the Philippines.
Tex grew up on a farm in Weimar Texas, the youngest of 10 siblings. His sister Margaret Havrda survives him.
Tex and Gwen raised two daughters; JoAnne (Travis) Allen of Victor, Colorado and Judy (Joseph) Hopkins of Colorado Springs, and one son Richard (Linda) Hartensteiner of Clay Center, Nebraska. Three grandchildren, and 7 great grand children.
Services January 18th 2021 at 11am. Viewing 10 am Cappadona funeral home 1020 E. Fillmore St. Colorado Springs. CO 80907
