Norita Gerster Obituary

Norita was born in Columbus, Indiana and moved to Colorado Springs with her husband and family in 1974. She worked in the athletic department at Colorado College and retired in 1998. She loved playing golf, working in her beautiful garden, going out to eat with her husband and spending time with her grandchildren and great-grandchildren. She was loved and adored and will be dearly missed by her husband, Philip, daughter, Toni, sons Bruce (Susan) and Randall (Lori), her grandchildren, Derek, Ashley, Sean, Casey, Adam, Mark and Justin, her nine great-grandchildren and her dear sister Martha Barnhill of Columbus, Indiana. Memorial services will be held at 2:00 pm, Friday, December 9th, at Roswell Community Church, 2728 Beacon Street, Colorado Springs, CO, 80907. In lieu of flowers, a contribution may be made in memory of Norita to the Rocky Mountain Cancer Center, 1633 Medical Center Point, 80907.Nortia
