I am so sorry to hear of Mrs. Hock's passing. We remember fondly always sitting right behind her and Mr. Hock and the Greg Hock family at First Christian services during the time we lived in Colorado Springs. What a very lovely lady. She always had a smile on her face. May she rest in peace.

Olga "Mrs. Hock" was my first encounter with the Hock family and fortunately not my last! Mrs. Hock was my home room teacher at East Junior High. We all loved her very much. Next, I met Steve and Carolyn at Wasson. Later, I would come to love Nancy and her family and she blessed me with her loving kindness and sage advice. Then, Greg became my attorney. 35 years after I was in her class, Mrs. Hock could still remember where I sat. Impressive woman who raised an amazing family. My love and prayers are with you all.

I'm so sorry to hear of Olga's passing. She is the last of the Hock family I had the joy of knowing in NE,and here is CO at the First Christian Church. Herman and Arvella lived close to my grandparents, and my mother was a class mate of LeLands. Olga was a wonderful lady. May she rest in peace with the Lord.

We were so saddened to hear of Olga's passing. She was so energetic and full of life. I vividly remember a very pleasant time when Olga and Lee were passing through Michigan and spent the day at our home catching up. My daughter still remembers her taking an interest in her trying to play the piano. I still treasure the family biography book that Olga prepared, describing growing up in Little Praha in Omaha with her father Emil and mother, times with Emil's brother Charles (my grandfather) and mother Bozena, and my father and his sisters Millie and Oldriska (Audrey). Olga seemed to feel that Millie was like a sister. Olga always made everyone feel so special. She will be missed.

Behind so many a quality leader is a precious, praying mother. Evan, for some reason, I never thought much about who this was for you. I loved reading about this wonderful lady who loved you and passed on her love for learning, music and civic responsibility.

Olga has been a bright and joyful part of our Church family for all the time we've been a part. Her ready smile and happy disposition were a superb counter to the "blues". We will miss her! We extend our sympathy to her family. Shalom, Bruce and Dorthy Smith, Colorado Springs, Colorado

"I am so sorry for our loss of Olga. She was such a dear, sweet woman. I loved how her eyes lit up recalling her romance and her husband's-to-be limited skills in her native language. She helped me with my translation as well. I cherish the children's books that she wrote the entire translation in for me. She was an energetic part of The Searchers Women's Group. We are honored to be able to serve her memorial reception. In His Love, Jan and Chuck Haley

I'm so sorry to hear of Olga's passing. I visited with her a couple of weeks ago. She was doing well and was in good spirits. She shared the Christmas pictures of all of her children and grandchildren and their families, and was especially proud of her adopted grandchildren. I know you'll miss her presence in the family. May she rest in peace.
