May God bless you and your family in this time of sorrow.
Joyce & Family:
I got know Otis many years ago . When move in neighborhood his house next block down from us . When Otis and his little dog would be walk by our house. My dad would be sitting on the front porch . Otis would come in the yard and and sit on the front porch visit with my Dad. After that when I saw Otis I would visit with him or wave. Years went by. And when he was driving his in truck or blue van by he would wave or Honk his horn. And his phone calls too.
When on Feb 1 ,2023 a friend of mine in Otis neighborhood call me know and let that Otis had pass I sorry to hear that. My Condolence goes out to all of the family. He will be miss. I happy that I got to know Otis over the years.
