Pamela was born in Sherborne England to Bertram and Louise Ethel Vincent. She graduated from the Lord Digby School for Girls and worked as a salesperson in an optics shop. In 1944 she met her true love Richard Bell, a GI stationed in Sherborne at the Raleigh Castle hospital unit as an ambulance driver. They were married in the Sherborne Abbey Church on October 4th, 1945. In December, Richard was transferred back to the US, Pamela followed in April 1946 on the Queen Mary ship and met up with Richard in Hecla, South Dakota. Together they had three children. She was an incredible mom, active member of her church, a loving grandmother and great-grandmother, and an avid bridge player. After Richard passed, Pamela moved to Colorado Springs in 2012 and resided at the Gardens at ViewPointe. Pam is preceded in death by her parents, her husband, Richard, and her brother Ronald. Pamela is survived by her three sons and daughters-in-law: Dick and Pat, Mike and Diane, and Ron and Barb. She is also survived by 7 grandchildren and 10 great grandchildren. A Memorial Service will be held in the springtime at St John's Lutheran Church in Hecla, South Dakota.
