Patricia Barnett Obituary

Patricia Barnett, beloved wife, mother, and grandmother, passed away peacefully at home on December 14, 2016.

Pat was born in Syracuse, New York to George Hogan and Lottie (Bukowski) Hogan. She always said her greatest adventure began the day she married the love of her life, Wilford (Barney) Barnett. They were blessed with 46 wonderful years together.

Barney served his country for 22 years in the United States Air Force, and besides assignments in the United States, the family enjoyed exploring Europe during a tour of duty in Spain. Their retirement years were spent in Florida, North Carolina, and Colorado Springs.

In addition to being a military wife and raising a daughter, Pat worked for 20 years in federal civil service. She was a devout Catholic with a special devotion to our Blessed Mother. She was artistically talented and enjoyed decorating, sewing, crocheting, and decorative painting. She will be greatly missed by her daughter Mary Anne Mozzetta, son-in-law Stephen Mozzetta, and grandchildren Kelly, Jennifer, Jonathan (Sandra), Rachel, and great-granddaughter Adelaide.
