Patricia Evers Obituary

Patricia (Patty) R. Evers of Henderson, NV lost her courageous battle with brain cancer on June 23, 2016 at the age of 66. Born on June 19, 1950 in East St. Louis, IL. She spent many happy years as a child and adult in Colorado.

She was a proud Army wife for 20 years and spent most of her career as an executive assistant.

Patty enjoyed golfing, bingo, bowling and going to the movies, but her favorite times were those spent with her family and friends.

She is survived by her daughter Kelly Evers, son Todd and his wife Kristi Evers, and grandchildren Kyle, Jeffery, and Rebekah; as well as numerous nieces and nephews.

She is preceded in death by her husband and soul mate Richard (Dick) Evers, parents Edward and Virginia Kinsall, in-laws Gladys and Floyd Prusia and sister Ginny Stith.

A memorial service will be held at 11:00 am on June 30th at Community of Christ, 2502 E. Palmer Park Blvd, Colorado Springs.

We've know Patty and her husband for the last 15 years. What a beautiful and loving couple. We can only guess that they are together again.

It's so difficult to say goodbye to a friend like Patty but we are comforted by the thought of her once again in the arms of her beloved husband, Dick. We will hold them both in our hearts and cherish always our wonderful memories. Our thoughts and prayers are with Kelly, Todd and Kristi, Kyle, JD, Beka, and all of her loving family.

Patty was a beautiful woman inside and out. She never failed to light up the room with her easy smile and quick wit. We treasure our memories of fun times with Patty and Dick, and know they are together again. We miss you both! Love and condolences to their family and many friends in this time of grief.
