This is for Mom, I love you and miss you very much and I know you are with God and Dad. Mom was my insperation to go back to school and make something of my life, thank you for all your faith in me even though I made a mess of my life at times. When I was going threw hard times in my personal life I remembered her faith and commitmtnt to our family and it gave me hope. After we moved to Colorado and I was having troulble adjusting to the move Mon and dad would take me hicking evry chance they got sharing their love for nature I will carish those days forever. Mother was the strongest person I have ever known she and dad must have love us all alot to work as hard as they did so we would have our basic needs met. Thank you for everything Mom I will always look to you for inspiration and hope.
Love always Gary.

Dear Children of Pat and Dick,
I have fond memories of both your parents, especially Patty, the name I always called her. We shared a bedroom for the time that I lived with her at 809 E. Boulder, Grandma and Grandpa K.'s house. I thank them both for teaching me the basics of ice skating at the Broadmoor Hotel and to ride a horse. I miss them both and think how hard it must be for all of you. Your cousin, Judy

I'm so thankful for everything Mom has sacrificed for us. These past few years, I've been asking Aunt Loretta, Cousin Judy and Cousin Barb a lot about what Mom was like when she was younger; what her dreams were. And each time I discover something new about her, I realize how little I really knew her. For example, did you know that she wrote a play in high school just to lure a boy that she had a crush on into her home? Or that she took photographs and developed them on her own? Or that she had dreams of being a writer? And did you know that her mother, Mary, was accepted into Julliard for piano? Why didn't we know these things about our own mother? I think it's because she lived in the present; in the hustle and bustle of raising ten kids. So thanks Mom, for giving us the chance to live our dreams, the dreams that you put on the back burner of your life, so that we could live ours...I love you always.
