Patricia Pring Obituary

Patricia E. Pring, a long time resident of the Colorado Springs area, went home to be in the arms of her Lord and Savior on Sunday, September 26, 2010. Born in 1941 to William and Lillian (Erickson) Duff in Fremont, California, Patricia grew up on a farm in Northern Colorado. She developed juvenile diabetes at the age of eleven and credited her strength to the Lord. She attended Colorado State University and graduated with honors in 1962. In addition to being a devoted mother, Patricia was involved with numerous charities through out the years, including High Flight Ministries with astronaut Jim Irwin, various churches, and Christian radio, KTLF. She expressed her vast creativity and artistry by creating miniatures and was involved with the Denver Museum of Miniatures, Dolls and Toys for many years. Patricia's involvement with miniatures allowed her to enjoy another favorite pastime of travel. She had the pleasure of meeting many people and seeing much of the United States. In addition, she enjoyed travelling to different lighthouses throughout the country. She is survived by her three children: Rick Pring and his children Natasha, Colton and Taren; Ryan Pring and his children Alexis and Leah; and Ann-Marie Davis and her children Connor and Ciara. They were the lights of her life. A memorial service to celebrate Patricia's life will be held at Faith Bible Chapel at 6862 Galley Road in Colorado Springs on Sunday, October 17th at 2:00 p.m.
