Patricia Vaught Obituary

Patricia Ann Turner Vaught was born July 22, 1955 in Yakima WA to Boots and Lucy Turner. Patricia was a strong and courageous woman who was unexpectedly taken into the golden gates of heaven on the 16th day of March 2009 surrounded by her loving family. Patricia will always be remembered for her enduring beautiful smile, warm-hearted advice, and down to earth humored personality. She was a strong hearted Christian that spent her spare time reading the bible, going to church, praying, and having fun by making others laugh and smile. Patricia was a caring wife, mother, and friend that were well known for her giving, and youthful heart. She was a hard and dedicated worker, working and Progressive as a sales representative of thirteen years. Patricia has instilled her work ethics and passion into her children and the ones close to her. She was a woman that would put her problems aside to deal with yours. Patricia lived a full life with much to savor. Even though Patricia’s time seemed brief, she believed that God paved a path for her to be free to live in a better place. Patricia is survived by her husband of 32 years Charles H. Vaught Jr., her four sons Damie, Ramod, Jamal and Elijah Vaught along with her loving daughter Tasha Renee Vaught and step daughter Nia Brown of Yakima, Washington. Trish,
I've worked with you at Progressive for the last 6 years. You have been a great example to all of us. Never a day without a smile and a "Hi, how are you?" You are truly missed by all your co-workers and friends at Progressive. I know without a doubt that you are watching over your family and friends. You are in the perfect place and the rest of us are left behind to grieve and remember...I guess I'll see you someday on the other side...

I also worked with Pat at Telephone Express. She was a genuine beauty - calm, strong, witty, definitely family-oriented, with a great sense of humor. She will not be forgotten but will live on in our memories. The world is a better place for having known Pat. May God help you to rejoice that she is now with Him.

Trisha,
Girl, what can I say? I miss you. I do give praise & honor & glory to our Lord & Saviour, Jesus Christ for giving us our times together. We laughed, we cried & we prayed, in the bathroom at work! I know you are resting in Jesus.I love you, Momma, thanks for all you have done. We will meet in Heaven when God calls me. I know that you are in my church with me all the time now, Amen & Alleluia!
Your sister in christ, Angie

My sincere condolences to your family. I worked with Pat at Telephone Express. She was pretty reserved and I would clown around to get her laughing. She was a wonderful gentle woman. I was lucky to have known her. May you find comfort konwing eye hath not seen nor ears heard what God has prepared for us!!
You will be in my prayers.

MY dear Pat,
this is very hard to say i will miss you dearly. Just a couple of weeks ago we were talking about working on our family tree. That we really need to work hard at because the future of our families is very important. God wanted you more. Heaven was waiting on you. Your smile and your joy that you brought into peoples lives will truly be missed down here on earth. I love so much and i will miss our talks. The miles seem so little. But HEAVEN HAS ANOTHER ANGLE.
