Patricia Vigil Obituary

Patricia Lucia "Pat" Vigil, 71, of Colorado Springs, was born in Pueblo, CO on March 4, 1941 to Max Blea and Madalena (Sanchez) Blea. Patricia passed away peacefully on January 12, 2013. She is preceded in death by her husband, Levy; daughter, Lavina; father, Max; mother, Madalena; and brothers, Gilbert and Tony. They were blessed with three daughters, Brenda (George) Vigil-Lopez and Geri (Pete) Carey; and were further blessed with seven grandchildren, Davina, Jansen, Eric, Brandi-Leigh, Fabian, Amanda, Tara and numerous great-grandchildren; and sisters, Lucy (Levi) Aldaz, Angie Arriaga, Cece Canas, Susan (Frank) Montoya and Dolores Cain. Patricia graduated from Centennial High School in Pueblo, CO. She married the love of her life, Levy Vigil on July 11, 1959. She retired from Qwest after 25 years of service. Viewing 2 to 5 p.m. Thursday, Romero Chapel, 110 Cleveland Street, Pueblo, CO 81004. Funeral Mass 10 a.m. Friday, St. Leander's Catholic Church, 1402 E. 7th Street, Pueblo, CO 81001. Interment, Imperial Memorial Gardens. Relatives and friends will be received at Romero Family Funeral Home.
