Patricia Wiese Obituary

Patricia Ann Wiese, age 82, passed away on February 19, 2015 in Colorado Springs. She was born October 20, 1932 in Norfolk Nebraska to the late Loren Tappert and Anna Graef Tappert.

Pat was a devoted wife and a supportive and loving mother. She loved her church and all of its members. Pat volunteered many hours helping prepare and serve the weekly church sponsored meals. Pat would make all she came in contact with feel welcomed and comfortable while making sure everyone was taken care of.

Pat was a loving mother with a big heart for her family and friends. She enjoyed having friends and family for meals and would create a menu without effort. Pat is preceded in death by her husband of 50 years, Delwin Wiese and son, Scott Wiese.

She is survived by her son, Jeffrey Wiese and his lifelong partner Greg Gutierrez, daughter Kelli Frank and husband Donald Turner and grandson, Kevin Eischens. All of Colorado Springs.

Church visitation will be at Holy Cross Lutheran Church, 4125 Constitution Ave. 10:00am on Thursday February 26, 2015, services will follow at 11:00am. Interment at Evergreen Cemetery after the service in Colorado Springs.
