I am so very shocked and saddened to hear this. My condolences to you all. I will never forget Paul. He was a kind and gentle person and a very important part of my life. I loved him dearly. This world will never be the same without him.

Dear Johnny,
Our family was completely heart-broken to learn about Paul's sudden passing. We consider ourselves very fortunate that we got to meet Paul and see you again after so so so many years at our "Larson-Friends and Family Reunion" at our home in El Sobrante in Aug. 2012. What a joy it was for our family (Nadine Atwood-Larson and Diane Atwood-Fay) to see and chat with you again. My mother Nadine always considered you the older brother she never had. Paul was terrific about sharing so many memories and stories about you and your family and our family! That was great fun. We remember the enthusiasm Paul had with you at that reunion in Aug. 2012. We remember him as a very calming, thoughtful person - a guy who could tell a good story and make us laugh – It was heart-warming and very apparent how devoted he was to you. How fortunate you are to have had such a wonderful son. We cannot even begin to imagine your loss - simply devastating and heart wrenching. Please know that our whole family sends you our deepest sympathies.

Very kind regards from,
Ken Larson (Children: Kristin, Kirk, Kaarin, Kendra)
and Diane Atwood-Fay (Children: Brian and Katherine)
