Paul Bloom Obituary

Paul was one of the few people I've ever met that could sincerely love someone that he had just met. He could ask those hard questions everyone else avoided....but in a supportive manner that made you put your guard down, and think about your answer. I never heard him say a hurtful word to anyone.....but rather, he always left an inspiring message when he parted with them. He was a grandfather figure to my kids that will always be missed. He was often sitting on the floor with them....building, playing, and telling stories. They would not be the same without the memories of the bike rides, hikes, and camping out in the backyard. He will always hold a special place in our hearts for the love, joy and happiness he brought to our lives.

My heart was so heavy when I learned of Paul's death and knew of the sorrow you would now be faced with. As one of your best friends in high school, I knew just how much you cherised Paul and how wonderful the two of you would be for each other. The first time I met Paul I adored him and especially loved the way he made you glow. My heart breaks for you Deb. Paul was a great inspiration to us all, a wonderful storyteller and had become an adoring grandfather. In time, may the memories of Paul make you smile again.

We were so sorry to hear of your loss. The thoughts of many are with you at this time of sorrow. Paul was an extremely knowledgeable and loyal man. I am privileged I had the opportunity to learn much from him during my time in Vendor Relations. He demanded a high level of excellence and a desire to pass along his knowledge and experience to all who interacted with him.

Paul had impacted all of our lives her at Ferguson. His quick wit and unyielding desire to teach us life lessons. He was an inspiration and full of life. We will miss him much and are truly blessed that we had the opportunity to have Paul touch our lives in such a profound way. With much love and appreciation to his family and friends at such a difficult time. Our prayers are with you.

I had the priveledge of working with Paul for the last seven months and found him to be a fair man. Paul enjoyed teaching me the ropes of his experience and I anticipted our weekly conversations as they could be good lesson for us both. I am so sorry for our loss in his untimely passing. I will miss him.

I had the privelege of working with Paul for the past 10 years on the Ferguson Enterprise accounts. He certainly impacted everyone that he came in contact with. He was truly a one of a kind and he will be deeply missed. Our thoughts and prayers are with you all.

I met Paul through our credit group association and always looked forward to his warm smile. His knowledge was invaluable for us as well; I also echo the thoughts of how he will be missed.

I had the privilage of knowing Paul throught the MCH Credit Group. Though I only knew him for a few short years, we always had a good time together. Paul was very professional and we had some good conversations together. My condolences go out to his family as I know we will all miss him tremendously. He will alway be part of our group.

My sincere sympathy is extended to all of Paul's family at your loss. I got to meet Paul at credit group meetings and , although I did not know him well, he always approached me with a warm greeting and helpful advice.

My deepest sympathy to Paul's family & friends. I knew him for many years, through our (MCH) credit groups. His industry, & personal knowledge were extensive. He always asked questions in a way that clearly reflected his insight into many areas. He enjoyed life very much. Without him, there is a gap in the world.

I would like to extend my deepest sympathy to all of Paul's family. I had known Paul since he joined the MCH family of Credit Manangers and Associates. As a former member of the MCH Credit Group I can only say it was an honor and pleasure to have been associated with Paul. I had a great respect for his intelligence and insight. I always felt Paul had a calming affect on people. He was never excitable and always willing to listen. A true professional. He will be missed by many and was truly a gift from God to have touched so many people.

I got to know Paul through our credit group family and can say he was alway informative, professional and could make us laugh. He will be missed and my thoughts and prayes are with Paul's family.

Truely Paul touched the souls of many...I for one. We had such likes in common and our inspirations the same. As the Credit Family has stated, he will be missed...may God's promise get you through the tough times, and may your fond memories of Paul help ease the spirit.

As a past member of the MCH Credit Group, I miss the people most. Paul was tops among those people; trusted, professional, friendly, and sincere. His affable manner made him a pleasure to be around. My sincerest condolences for your immense loss.

I knew Paul through our credit managers association and he was one of the most intelligent people I have ever had the privilege to meet. He was always full of incite and education and gladly shared with all. He was extremely humorous and always happy to be around and loved his family dearly. He will be greatly missed by our group. May God hold all of you close to his heart and get you through this difficult time.

Paul was a member of Manufacturers Clearing House (MCH) Family since 1992. He regularly attended credit group meetings where he inspired his peers with his in depth perspectives of various subjects. Paul was a great listener as well and always seemed genuinely interested in all of our thoughts. He had the ability to lead a person in a direction during a conversation and then give them credit for the idea. Paul was an asset to the MCH Family and we will miss his sincerity and professionalism.
Our sympathy to all of you who knew and loved him. May you remember the great times and find peace in your hearts.

I will surely miss Paul and his smile and humor. I jokingly called him the "renaissance man" as he seemed to be such a free spirit. We are all blessed to have known Paul.

I second Donna's comments. Paul will be greatly missed by our "Credit Family".... he was a special member of our group and will truly be missed.......

Well we haven’t known each other the longest time but we still had a lot of special times together. But the best of them all was when we went up to the mountains. We spent all day up there doing some scenic driving. One thing he knew the best was how to make people happy even if it was the worst time of their life.

In years, we have known Paul a short time, only a few. But our friendship seemed like a lifetime. He is already missed so much and the world is different today. I have a ton of fond memories, but I think my personal best are the many times sitting with Paul and Deb visiting and thinking half and hour had passed and it had been several hours and we still wanted to go on. We shared all of our stories from the yesteryears and the days we sat there. He listened with love, compassion, laughter, encouragement, advice and he shared his life with same passion and I am honored that he trusted our friendship enough to share it. He will always be missed. My wish is that every person touched by Paul can close their eyes and go back, if only for a moment, and feel the the love, laughter and friendship that Paul brought to them and replace the sadness with a smile - if only for a moment.

I write this sincere message with a Heart-Felt loss for your loss and also a personal loss to our association. Paul has another "family" of Credit Manager and associates that met regularly. Paul brought flavor, humor & insight to the table. Thank you for sharing him with us. We will meet this month in AZ. Dinner and meetings without Paul will be greatly inoacted by his absence. May his memories ease your loss. May God'a promises get you through the difficult times.

We have worked with Paul for many years in our role as mfg rep. It was always a pleasure to work with him. We will miss miss him. Our thoughts and prayers go out to his family and to his friends at Woodford/Watco. Kyle, Peter and Vicki from AR Burkholders.

I got to know Paul since I started with Watco Mfg Co the first of 2005. He wholeheartedly welcomed me to the company and gave me tremendous support. Paul was an encourager, always with a kind word or word of wisdom to help you along the way. I talked to him almost every day and feel that I am better at everything I do professionally and a better person because of him. I will miss him greatly. I know he is in a better place (To live is Christ and to die is to GAIN!) and I will look forward to seeing him again one day.
