Resident of Brentwood
Paul Grant Bowen passed away at his home on June 13, 2014, two weeks following the discovery of a cancerous brain tumor. He is survived by his wife, Suzanne Stevens, and sons Michael Jeffrey, (Kimberly) and Mark Jason (Shelley). He is the grandfather to six grandsons.
Funeral services to be held Thursday, June 19, 2014 at 3:30 pm. Brentwood LDS Chapel, 1101 McClarren Rd., Brentwood, CA. A reception will be held prior to service from 2:00 pm - 3:30 pm. For more information and to offer condolences visit oakparkhillschapel.com

Seeing the name of Paul Grant Bowen brings back many memories of his wonderful and talented family. I knew his parents, and his aunts of the Spande family, even his grandmother. I remember Claire as a baby and Paul's brother Dick, many of his cousins as one of them was my closest friend in all the world. She sometimes lived with Paul's family as her mother also died when she was young. My friend was Pail's cousin Virginia.
I send my deepest sympathy to Paul's family.

I have a great sorrow because after listening to the beautiful tributes given about Paul at the memorial service on Thursday, I realized I really didn't know my wonderful cousin, Paul. And we live so close.
