Paul Shockey Obituary

Paul suddenly passed on March 19, 2009. Paul was born in Chillicothe, OH on July 22, 1972 to Paul and Martha Shockey. A 1990 graduate of Rampart High in Colorado Springs. Paul was good hearted and loved his family greatly - they were his world. He loved training dogs for the handicapped and earned several training certificates. Paul loved spending time with his children and just hanging out with them, going to the movies, and shopping for the best deals . Those times will be greatly missed. Paul enjoyed cooking, especially desserts. Paul is survived by two children; Austin and Taryn Shockey & his wife Suzette. Also surviving his mother, Martha Shockey and two sisters; Felicia (Jeffrey) Russell, Shari (Edward IV) Toomey ; nephews and niece; Edward, Tyler and Allison Toomey; Caleb and Brennen Russell. Preceding Paul in passing was his father, Paul W Shockey Sr. Paul was a son, father, husband, brother, and uncle. He was loved and will be dearly missed. May God be with him and let him rest in peace. Memorial Service April 18th, 1:00pm, Sunrise United Methodist Church, 2655 Briargate Blvd.

May you finally find peace in your little spot in heaven. No more insulin shots, No medical problems just peace and rest. Don't worry about Austin and Taryn, I will take good care of them and never let them forget you loved them. To the family I pray comfort and God's grace thru the pain. See ya on the other side.
