Paul Wiseman Obituary

Paul Wiseman departed to be with his Lord and Savior the morning of May 7, 2006. Paul, at 53 years of age, now resides in the hearts of all those who love him, especially his wife, Deborah, his children, Mariah, Autumn, and Colton; his brother Jeff and sister Susan. He was preceded in death by his parents, Allen and Alma Wiseman. He is further survived by friends and relatives who include many loving in-laws, numerous aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces, and nephews. Despite our profound sorrow at the passing of a man known to us as nurturing father, devoted husband, son, brother, and treasured friend, we will long remember him as the man with a "mile high smile". Paul was a courageous and genuine man, at peace with who he was and always the optimist. He was selfless almost to a fault and spent much of his time availing others. With his passing the world has lost one of its best. A memorial service will be held 11:00 a.m. Saturday, May 20, 2006 at First Lutheran Church, 1515 North Cascade Avenue, Colorado Springs, CO. 80907. A private inurnment will be at the Shrine of Remembrance, Gate of Heaven Mausoleum. The family asks that in lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to the First Lutheran Church Memorial Fund, in memory of Paul Wiseman.

I’m so very sorry for your loss. Our hearts are aching for you. It was a pleasure to know and work with Paul. He was well respected throughout Dr. Vinyl and will be missed. He was an artist at what he did. My deepest sympathy to you Debbie and the entire family. Our Prayers are with you. Please do not hesitate to let us know if there is anything we can do for you.

Sincerely, Dr. Vinyl & Associates

Dearest Deb, Mariah, Autumn and Colton,

When you think of my life on earth, and all those loving years

because you are only human, they are bound to bring you tears.

But do not be afraid to cry; it does relieve the pain.

Remember there would be no flowers, unless there was some rain.

Loving you all, Always..

My thoughts and prayers are with you. Paul was a great friend and such an optomist. We were going through chemo together at the same time a few years ago and I always looked forward to his smiling face at choir practice and church. I'll always remember him as "Elvis" in our "Rock and Roll your Soul" musical the choir performed a few years back.

In Christ,
