Happy 13th Birthday in Heaven PJ.

13 years ago today, changed our lives forever. The anticipation and the excitement of welcoming a new baby boy to the family, yet the fear of what was to come after. So many prayers were whispered and screamed. Hoping beyond hope... for a miracle to be delivered along with you. Begging and praying for all those tests to have been wrong. Though God had his plan for you sweet boy. We had and held you in our arms for just 9 minutes. We will carry you in our hearts until the Lord calls us each home to be with you. In those 9 minutes that we were blessed to have you, we gave you every ounce of love we had. You got to meet some of your family. Your mommy and daddy loved you so much. Your aunties, April and Ashley kissed your little face. Grandma Lisa and I were able to give you your first bath and first hair cut. Uncle Chris held you tight and whispered something to you. That's between the two of you. ❤ And then we baptized you, "Phillip Ryan Groskinsky JR". There were so many emotions that day. I was so happy to meet you. And I just didn't know how I would ever be able to say good bye. You were so loved in your 9 minutes and it has carried on in all of our hearts since that day. Grandma Rae loves you and misses you so much. I think about what a handsome young man you would be today. My arms still long to hold you. My heart won't be whole until i can see you again. I kiss your tiny little cheeks in my dreams. I know you have some Grandpas and Grandmas with you in heaven. So many family members must have been waiting for you to arrive. I know they are holding your hand until we all can see you again. We talk about you daily with Skyler and Alli. They love you, their big brother, always. Your Mommy and Daddy's hearts were broken and defeated when you left that day. I don't think your daddy will ever be the same exactly. Though he knows you are watching over us all from Heaven.
I love you and miss you my sweet grandson. Till I see you again. Big hugs and kisses..

11 years ago today I saw my first born grandchild come into this world and 9 minutes later I saw him take his last breath and leave this world, my heart was forever broken that night, but god had plans for our Pj , it took me many many years to forgive god for taking someone I loved and cherished before he even came into this world, someone who was so innocent, so tiny . Our Pj had more love in the few hours than some get in a lifetime , I cherish every photo and every memory I have of my Pj , I talk to him everyday, I know he is up there watching his loved ones ❤ Happy Birthday in heaven my precious boy and I love you so so much , fly high today and fly with all the other angels , your uncle Terry is now with you ,watch over the family and give them strength
