As a US Army retired soldier, it always pains me to see the loss of a service member, Army Air Force, Navy or Marine. I never had the privilege to know Phyllis Pelky, but I still see her and all those who serve as a kindred spirit. I know she will be missed by those who love her and I pray for your peace, in these trying times. God Bless and Keep you all
