So saddened to hear of Phyllis's passing. She was a wonderful neighbor and particular friend to our mother. I agree she had a generous and lovely smile, greeting me and my family when we came back for visits to Karren Street.

So sorry to hear of Mrs. Stripe's passing. I went to school with Lori and spent time over at their house growing up. I'll always remember Mrs. Stripe's kindness. Lifting the family up in prayer.
