I also have very fond memories of her, even though so many years have passed,I remember sitting on aunt Maries guest bed, wondering if she would maybe take me shopping after the swimming pool--hoping that all my outfits would match beautifully like hers!! I remember her kind heart and the twinkle in her eyes and I am honored I was one of the receivers to the joy she gave.My brother John and I Extend our deepest condolences and hope the happy memories of her will over- shadow the loss.. Phyllis's mother Marie was sister to my grandmother Ellen. My mother, Phyllis and other kids including myself spent a few days making jelly while Earl was busy. I was 15 and Phyllis was 35 and I remember she was really cute and fun.

Phyllis was one of my favorite aunts. I loved how she was always so put together from her outfit to her shoes and jewelry to her hair and lipstick. She had a ready, warm laugh and was very affectionate. She shared a love of antiques with her mother and I remember them both showing me some of the lovely things they had acquired over the years. She always made me feel special and loved. We will miss you Phyllis!
