Pres Trower was a gentleman and a fine Newspaperman. His expertise stretched from Circulation to Advertising and on to Production. For years he was Publisher E.Roy Smith's right hand man and first brought me to the then Gazette-Telegraph in 1971, later he brought me back to the GT from San Francisco in 1985 and he was my Boss until his retirement.

Pres was one of the fine Newspaper Men in the business and will be remembered by many.
