I was one of Ralph's high school teachers and remember him as a talented athlete, good student, and very conscientious. I especially remember how he injured his leg his senior year in football. My sincere sympathy to his wife, children, and grandchildren. His impact as a coach will live on in the lives of his former athletes.

No words can take away the pain in this moment. While Ralph is with his Lord and Savior, those touched by him are hurting. My prayers are for them all. May God´s peace and comfort be here with them, and during the months to come.

I´ve known Ralph since his Arizona days. He was a valued friend & honest man. I enjoyed our times together at meets or at the Olympics in 2004. My prayers to his family. I´ll treasure the memories!
