Ron was a great person and friend to all who knew him. My parents were and are very dear friends of the Weir family. My heart goes out to Buddy and Barbara and the rest of the family. I went to see Ron in the ICU and talked to him about how we would have to finish our talk about the medical field and I prayed so much that he would get better. It was a tradgic loss and shock to all of us. Ron will be very much missed. They always say the hardest thing in the world is to bury your own child and having children of my own my heart cry's for his mom and dad. No matter how old your child is they are still your child and you love them. You will be greatly missed Ron. Love you!!! Michelle,Renate,Pete Ginter and Family.....

I cannot convey enough how much Ron meant to me. He was like a brother and his friendship was a great part of my life. I will miss more than I can say our weekly phone conversations and the many moments of laughter we shared with each other. We knew each other for over 40 years and I will miss him always. Be a peace my friend.
