As a boy in our pre-teen through high School in Colorado Springs. Ray and his family were nearby neighbors.. and we My brother Cecil and I shared many experiences in scouting and just being the best of friends. We have many fond memories of those days on Hagerman Street in Old Colorado City. Ruby his mother was also our mother's best friend. Our condolences and prayers surround the family of this dear friend from our Past. The Rev. Paul G. Tapey
