It is with great sadness and love that we announce the passing of Regina Gay (Weisenborn) Matty on August 28, 2024. She was born on October 19, 1961 in Macon, Georgia. Regina attended Baylor University and received her degree in Marketing. She lived in Kansas City for a period of time where she completed a law degree and was a member of the bar in Kansas and Missouri, before moving to Colorado Springs She found a need in helping families in the city and volunteered her services to CASA. She is survived by her husband, Mark Matty; her parents Patti and Jerry Purswwell; her son, Brent Andrew Weisenborn, and her siblings Jerry Paul Purswell and William Wiley Purswwell. Memorial services are pending for later this month

Our heartfelt sympathy in your loss. There´s no way to lessen your sorrow, but I hope you know you´re in the prayers I offer to God daily to ask for his strength and courage and all his blessings so that you may face this difficult time and heal your pain and keep you in His care. We certainly will also miss Gina always and think of her lovingly.
