Renee. I can't believe you've been gone for 10 years...how I miss you, and our friendship, and your wisdom.
You told me you would come back to me as a chicken, and move into my ❤, and my home, and she did. Now my sweet Annie is tired, and wants to come home to you.
I have to let her go, as much as I'll miss her, I know you'll love our sweet Annie.
Thank you for her gift. I'll never forget her sweet songs, her love, and her spirit.
I give her back to you.
What a precious gift you gave to me.

I didn't spend a lot of time with Renee, but the times I did were always special. Her vibrance was contagious and I will always remember loving watching how she loved - from her husband Wayne to her son Josh and her granddaughters Zia and Bethie or her brothers and friends it was a joy to watch her interact with those in her life. Favorite memories are shooting guns at Easter, a vacation in San Diego, and Christmas at her house. I know I can look at the stars above and feel she is there guiding all of us to live fully as she did. God Bless. Dana Marie Hohn

There is no doubt in my mind that Renee is riding around heaven on God's white horse, bareback and bridless, teaching angels to ride and training horses to be angels while the saints are scratching their heads and trying to figure out who this force of nature is.
We will all miss Renee but we are all the better for having had her touch our lives. The world is a far better place for having had her in it-
Peace and love to you Renee-you have earned it!

Renee was an inspiration to all who knew her. I have known and loved Renee for the past 10+ years. She was passionate about horses , movement, correct riding, and biomechanical balance of the horse either through shoeing, nutrition, chiropractic, or training. She was a good friend and we had a lot of laughs anytime we got together which wasn't that often unfortunately. She really cared about you as a person and your horse.
She is now out of pain and in much joy. Renee will be missed terribly by all who knew and loved her.

I first met Renee when I judged her on her white arabian gelding many years ago and wil never forget her smile and determination to help cancer patients. My last memory is of her riding that same now older arab gelding bareback in a demo ride at Penrose stadium in Colorado springs a few years ago. She was smiling and happy and so brave in her fight. I only hope if I am ever faced with a similar battle that I can be half as brave as she was. She was and is such an inspiration and shall live on through her charity and in all of our memories. I know she is riding bare back somewhere right now on a white arabian with a big smile on her face.

Renee was much more than a friend to my family. She was a second mother and a savior to my daughter, Donna. Renee had a boundless spirit and an amazing love for life. She will be missed, but she is whole again and in a much better place, free from pain. I am sure that the Angels are happy to have her company.
