Ricardo "Chief" Gonzales, 63, long time resident of Colo. Springs died 07/27/21. He is survived by his two children Ricky and Natasha Gonzales. He has was Born in Uvalde, Texas and has numerous brothers, sisters, cousins, nephews and nieces scattered thru Texas and Colorado whom he kept in close contact with.

Ricardo worked as a Heavy Machine Operator with Lambert and Sons Dirt Construction. Ricardo will be remembered for his work ethic, his great sense of humor and quick wit.

Ricardo was passionate about football, race car driving and helping others, those who knew him can never forget him. He will be greatly missed by his family and friends.

A celebration of life will be held Saturday, August 7, 2021 from 1:00-2:00 PM at Mountain View Mortuary,2350 Montebello Square Drive,Colorado Springs, CO 80918

Richard ( Chinga a Ling ) I will never forget you my brother. I have so so many wonderful memories in growing up with you back in the 70s I know you are up in heaven with Geno and all the others that went before us . Just please know how very proud I have always been to call you my brother and friend Say hi to everyone and I will see you again up in Heaven ( I hope ) someday God Bless you and may you have all the cookies you can eat (he knew where all of us friends moms kept the cookie jar and he would fill his pockets went we would come by )
