We sure miss both Dick and Jean, our close friends for so many years. They were both so dear and capable of such excellence in everything they did. They were godparents to our son Stephen and always encouraging of his gifts. Dick had a priceless wit and great artistic talent. He was always so dependable and faithful to his commitments. We look forward to being with them in eternity with our Lord Jesus.

I am not sure you will still see this, but thoughts and prayers are with you on your loss. I corresponded with Richard on the Aurand/Weidner/Allen side of the family for many years. I just ran across a letter from him sent in 1982. May peace and comfort be yours.

We mourn the passing of our dear uncle Richard Damisch. Warm, loving, supportive. We used to say that he was the "nice Damisch in Northbrook". We all miss him and wish the entire family comfort in remembering the good man that he was. Eternal be his memory

We are very sorry for the loss of Richard Damisch. He and Jean were a blessing to so many in our Village Church in Northbrook. Richard and Keith used to call each other cousins because they were both Mayflower Descendants from Reverend William Brewster. Rest in peace old friend. Blessings to all of his family. Your family has lost a great dad, grandfather, brother and mentor. We fondly remember he and Jean. They were a blessing to all who knew them and most kind to us. We are glad his memorial will be celebrated at the old church he loved. May God bless all the family he leaves behind.

In His love,

Susan and Donald

My sympathy to all members of the Damisch family . Though distance has meant our not meeting up often Geo.d had many memories he shared with me of things he did as a youngster with you all. May your memories of the good times with Richard bring you comfort in the difficult days ahead.
