Even though he never said it, Ricks actions led me to believe that he enjoyed building people up. All the years that I experienced working with Rick I never knew him to decline anyone any help. He was a true team player and leader. Never do we expect to loose someone who can richly impact our lives. My condolences to his friends and family.
